Upcoming Retreats

You Belong To The Land. Presented by Abundance World. Newfoundland. Jun 13-18, 2026.

I will be one of 6 guides leading you through a nature-based spirituality retreat for a more rooted, connected and aligned self. Proudly a gender & queer-inclusive retreat.

Nowhere. Presented by Bloom & Highland Base. Iceland. September 27-30, 2026.

Nowhere is a remote escape for ambitious women who need a real reset, set far from the noise in an uninhabited part of Iceland. It’s thoughtful conversation, honest quiet, and solo moments that feel like coming home. No pressure to perform, just awe inspiring surroundings, beautifully curated experiences to connect, and enough time to remember what you actually want.

Meet Erin, your guide.

Erin Willett is an artist, experience designer, and change strategist whose creative practice spans a lifelong artistic journey, extensive facilitation expertise, and a decade of leadership development.

She uses storytelling and systems-thinking to craft emotionally rich experiences that explore how people relate to themselves, each other, and the communities they are a part of. Under the moniker Rage Flowers, Erin explores aging, womanhood, grief and the process of becoming. This includes offering art-based workshops that help people connect with their subconscious and build courage through life's inevitable changes.
