GOODBYE TO THE PEOPLE I USED TO BE: For Processing Endings

This edition of Goodbye To The People I Used To Be is intentionally designed for people who are processing loss, and endings - navigating their own journey of change.

The session will be guided for individual experiencing, in the privacy of your own home.

Life is a journey of beginnings and endings. The cyclical nature of this dance is the only thing we can rely on. Relationships will end. Jobs will be lost. All things must pass. All things must pass away. And through these endings, we shift, we evolve, we shed and we become.

Goodbye To The People I Used To Be is an art workshop grounded in visulization,

In this intimate art-based experience, you will be guided through deep reflection and self-expression exercises designed to support you in tapping into the part of you who knows what comes next. Guided by Erin, you will create self-portraits that acts as portals for your future self. This is not about creating perfect art. This is a practice of truthful expression and release.

As your guide for this page turn, I will be pulling from my experiences with divorce, career pivots and miscarriage to support you in embracing this end as the beginning of your next chapter.
