GOODBYE TO THE PEOPLE I USED TO BE: For Processing Endings. April 26, 2026 *online*
Life is a journey of beginnings and endings. The cyclical nature of this dance is the only thing we can rely on. Relationships will end. Jobs will be lost. All things must pass. All things must pass away. And through these endings, we shift, we evolve, we shed and we become.
Goodbye To The People I Used To Be is an art-based workshop designed to help you connect with yourself through the shedding process.
In this intimate 2.5hr creative experience, you will be guided through visualization, mirror work, self-reflection and expression exercises designed to support you in tapping into the part of you who knows what comes next. Throughout this workshop, you will be guided by Erin to create several self-portraits that act as portals to the part of you that is asking to be born. This is not about creating perfect art. This is a practice of truthful expression and release.

Meet Erin, your guide.
Erin Willett is an artist, experience designer, and change strategist whose creative practice spans a lifelong artistic journey, extensive facilitation expertise, and a decade of leadership development.
She uses storytelling and systems-thinking to craft emotionally rich experiences that explore how people relate to themselves, each other, and the communities they are a part of. Under the moniker Rage Flowers, Erin explores aging, womanhood, grief and the process of becoming. This includes offering art-based workshops that help people connect with their subconscious and build courage through life's inevitable changes.
Erin is deeply acquainted with loss and life transitions. For this workshop, she will be drawing from a deep well of first-hand experiences of endings (and beginnings): death of loved ones, miscarriage, divorce and career shifts.
