Sessions will take place in person, in St-Henri.
These are art-based experiences. Throughout our time together, you’ll be moving through a variety of exercises/techniques that I use to inspire my rhythmic creative sessions. Visualization, mirror work, meditation - all used to enter flow and access the channel. You will be guided through exercises to help you relax into the process, and release the need for perfection.
This is also a series about you, how you relate with your intuition and your creative instinct. Through our mark-making, we'll be opening our connection to the parts of ourselves that feel deeply - creating space for the lessons, messages and guidance they have to offer. This means there will be moments of reflection, and processing. Emotions are likely to arise. They are welcome. And you are welcome, in whatever state you may arrive.
A more sacred experience: Though this is a shared group experience, it is designed for deep personal work and processing. This means you will have the privacy to dip into creative flow and space to experience your own journey.

6 PARTICIPANTS MINIMUM: ACCESS THE CHANNEL will only take place if at least 6 people register by Nov 14th. If we don’t reach that number, I’ll let you know by email on Nov 15th and refund your registration in full.
